malpractice during exams, the student shall be disqualified and admission shall be cancelled without any refund of fees. The management
reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action against the student in such cases.

¦ The program offered is through online mode and books are provided at the beginning of the curriculum, hence there is no facility of library,
computer lab or study room at our centres.

¦ Any dispute arising with the student shall be settled by mutual discussions and subsequent arbitration, if required. The Civil Courts of
Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal / settle all disputes arising with the students.

¦ The students should keep us updated about their change in address, email, mobile no. etc. for uninterrupted communication.
¦ Jaro Education is neither affiliated to any University nor has sought de jure recognition for its academic programs from any statutory body

like UGC/AICTE/DEC. Hence the institute is an academically independent and self financed autonomous body.
¦ It is assumed that students taking admission to the International MBA Course - 2 years duration, International Executive MBA Course -

1 year duration have read the prospectus thoroughly and understood all the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them.
