Identity Card & Course Material
Students will receive Welcome Letter, I-Card and Course material after conformation of admission within 15 days of
submission of all required documents and payment of fees. In case of any query/delay, please contact the CRM
team at crm@jaro.in. Fees of Rs. 500/- will be charged for duplicate I-Card request.

Examination Centres
Students are required to appear for the exam from the selected exam centres. Students have to book their
examination slots & centres in advance through our website within the stipulated time period as intimated before the
exams. Institute shall try to provide exam centres at nearby location. Allotment of Examination Centre at preferred
location by the student is subject to availability.

Batch Transfer
Students can request for Batch transfer by paying the batch transfer fees of Rs. 5,000/- plus taxes in addition to the
revised fees as applicable on the date of transfer. Batch transfer is only possible once during the course period. i.e.
within 1 year from the date of admission. Student can apply for next 3 batches only. For eg. Jan 2014 student will be
allowed to transfer batch to April 2014 or July 2014 or Oct 2014 batch.

Specialization Change
Any request for change in specialization is subject to payment of fees of Rs. 5,000/- and return of all the study
material already provided to the student.

Course Change 20
Request for change in MBAcourse i.e. from International Executive MBA(1 year) course to International MBA
(2 years) course or vice-versa will be considered only during the course tenure. For such a request, the student
should fulfill the eligibility criteria and pay additional amount of Rs. 5,000/- plus taxes.
